Excellent City Center Stay
central location quiet atmosphere friendly staff efficient check-in
I appreciated the central location and the quiet atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. My room was larger than I expected and was also clean and well organized. The check-in process was efficient.
The gym equipment was a bit limited.

adequate stay with some issues
musty smell lacking soundproofing
the staff at the reception was very kind, especially during the late-night check-in.
The room i had showed signs of wear and tear. It wasn't properly soundproofed. it also had a musty smell and could have benefitted from a thorough deep cleaning. i don't think it matched the value of what i paid (it was a bit expensive for the condition).

the staff were helpful and courteous. i found the food and service good in the evening. the coffee shop was very convenient. i was offered a breakfast pack due to early departures on tours.
the elevators did not indicate if they were going up or down, it was a minor inconvenience though
